Business Development Manager / Account Manager
We are actively growing and looking for a Business Development Manager to foster the growth of our clients' businesses, spanning from emerging startups to renowned global companies.
Responsibilities:
Maintain regular communication with key accounts, engage in sales strategy brainstorming sessions, and provide comprehensive reporting.Lead the lead generation team to establish and nurture a robust sales pipeline.Ensure a steady flow of sales opportunities for assigned accounts.Offer strategic guidance to key accounts on sales tactics, market best practices, and strategies.Incorporate market insights to refine marketing and sales activities as necessary.Participate in periodic sales strategy reviews and audits in alignment with company best practices.Input all essential sales data accurately into the company's CRM system.Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities.Cultivate a strong professional network and foster trusting relationships with potential clients.Operate within predefined KPIs for each month and quarter.Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of full - cycle sales experience in international software development services or software solutions.Deep understanding of sales processes and proficiency in measuring, improving your activities.Proven track record in selling to and negotiating with startups, SMBs, and setting foothold in enterprisesAutonomy in the execution of daily tasks.Proficiency in both written and spoken English(C1- C2)Have hands - on experience with CRM software Prior experience in selling to the US/ European markets.Familiarity with Account - Based Marketing and Social Selling.Nice to have:
